As a result of MSTCS's effort to enforce COTPA 2003, a smoke free initiative has been taken up by the Mizoram Football Association by implementing the smoke free rules on its ongoing Mizoram Pemier League. Agreement has been made between MFA & MSTCS to stamp a " smoke free tournament" slogan on the ticket of the league which is to be used from 8th November 2013
